SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping, delivery times, problems
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 16 business days.
Once We receive payment for Your Order, including delivery fees, We fulfill the Order and pass it on to the carrier. At this point, You legally become the owner of the Goods.
Please note that the delivery time provided is an average estimate, and some deliveries may take longer, while others may arrive much sooner. Delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming an Order are subject to change.
You can receive the Order past the estimated delivery time for reasons, like issues with design files, Goods being out of stock, or shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts or service disruptions.
During National Holidays and peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other major events, Order volumes may increase, leading to longer fulfillment and delivery times.
The Order will not be shipped to a PO box. In such cases, the shipping price and the product price would not be eligible for a refund.
Wrong address
We will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address, or an inappropriate phone number.
The Order was not received. Lost In Transit
If Your Order’s estimated delivery time has passed and You still haven’t received it, please allow a few more days, after that please reach out to Us and We'll help You get it solved.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll check Your Order status, and let You know how to proceed.
All such claims are subject to Our investigation and sole discretion.
Shipping prices are additional to the Goods’ price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Product. Flat rate delivery charges are shown on checkout page; however, We reserve the right to advise You of any additional delivery charges that apply to Your specific delivery address.
Our Goods We’ll always ship separately.
We calculate the shipping costs for the Goods mentioned here, assuming that they would always ship separately. Occasionally, some of these Goods can be shipped together, but they would still be charged the shipping fee as a single item.
Multiple shipment Orders will have higher shipping costs than single shipment Orders. See the final shipping costs at Order checkout.
Goods marked as delivered but are missing.
The risk of loss of, damage to, and title for products passes to You upon the delivery to the carrier.
If there is a discrepancy where proof of delivery and the tracking code indicates successful delivery, but You claim non-receipt, it shall be Your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Goods were delivered.
If the package remains untraceable, We kindly request You to file a police report.
In such case, We will not make any refunds and We will not resend the Goods.
The responsibility to track the Order's shipping progress and provide necessary details to the courier lies with You.
