RETURN POLICY


If You haven’t received Your Order or notice an issue with the products, reach out to Us within 10 days at biaconcept@yahoo.com and We’ll help You get it solved.
Items must be returned to Us via the Third-Party carrier after contacting Us and getting approval to do so.

If You wish to return the Goods due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design or for other purposes (without Our fault), We don't offer returns or refunds and We don't accept the Goods. 

Damaged products. 
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/incorrect product items must be submitted within 10 days after the Goods have been received. 

Problem Report.
If You notice an issue in the Goods or anything else on the Order, please submit specific photos that are requested as evidence, including images of: 
- the visible product, 
- the damages,
- the shipping box, 
- (a close-up of) the shipping label. 
These photos fulfill the minimum proof requirements mandated by couriers and are essential to qualify for Our free resend or refund option.

The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the Goods were used or destroyed, even if partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

In cases where the defect does not affect the Good's appearance or functionality or can be easily fixed,  We don't offer a full refund or free replacement but we provide a partial refund subject to change on a case-by-case basis.

We may delay the refund until the Goods have been returned or We have received proof that the Goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made to the payment method used by You when placing the Order. You may be liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.

Responsibility for product usage. 
To ensure a satisfactory experience with Our wallpaper products, We kindly request to carefully read and follow the provided instructions for proper usage and installation of Our wallpaper products. You must follow these instructions, as any damage incurred due to failure to follow installation instructions cannot be attributed to Our responsibility.

Furthermore, We emphasize the importance of thoroughly inspecting the entire wall mural and/or wallpaper design before initiating the wall mural and/or wallpaper installation process. It is Your responsibility to verify the correct panel placement prior to installation. We don't offer free additional panels if You commence installation using an incorrect panel.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Our Third-Party facility and You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to You.
If the courier was unable to contact You more than two times or the Order has been held at the courier facility for several days and is being returned, We don't offer free shipping for a resend Order. You will need to cover the shipping for the second delivery, along with any additional costs, such as return shipping fees and customs duties charged when shipping the product back.

Orders with an incorrect product.
If You receive an incorrect product, We will arrange for the correct item to be resent without any additional charges. A photo proof of the incorrect product is necessary, and We must be contacted within 10 days after the Order is received to process a refund or replacement. You might not be required to return the mistakenly received product.

Disposal of products.
If We and/or Our Third Party make multiple attempts to contact You regarding an issue with returned Goods and do not receive a response within 10 days, We and/or Our Third Party will dispose of the Goods. Should You respond after 10 days, the Goods will need to be reprinted, and We will charge an additional full product and shipping price for a resend Order. 

It is important to note that when the courier is responsible for the disposal process, there may be additional incurred costs. In such situations, these supplementary charges will be added to the Your invoice. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Therefore We reserve the right to refuse returns at Our sole discretion.
